Entry into the real estate profession takes preparation. As with other professions, licensing is required. Prospective salespeople and brokers are required to pass a written state exam. Prior to taking the state exam, one must successfully complete an approved 60 hour pre-license course. Additionally, salespeople must complete a 30 hour post license training course within the first twelve months of licensure in order to be issued an original (permanent) license. Barnes School of Real Estate offers the required 60 hour pre-license course to prepare you for the state exam and the 30 hour post license course to get you up and running. Additionally, we offer continued education for licensed salespeople.


Our instructors have over 60 years of combined real estate experience and their one goal is to ensure that you are prepared for the state exam.  We have different instructors, that offer different teaching styles and different schedules.  You just have to pick which class works best for you.
