Service Description

Course Dates: Monday - Friday | October 2-13 | 9am - 5pm | This Intense, Interactive Pre-License Course is 2 Weeks long. It includes (10) - 7 Hour Sessions with a 1 Hour Lunch Break for a total of 60 Hours. The class is taught by Instructor Joyce Horton. Books and Handouts Included in Pricing. * No credit/debit card payments will be taken the day of class. Our classes are intimate and seating is limited. Thus the fee for this class is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. *The Alabama Real Estate Commission requires that you test out of the class. At Barnes School of Real Estate, you must make an 80 or better to pass.
