Service Description

Course Dates: Thursday - Sunday | May 18-21 | 9am - 5pm | This Intense, Interactive, Fun, Informative, Hands Own Post License Course is 4 days long. It includes 4 - 7 Hour Sessions with a 30 Minute Lunch Break for a total of 30 Hours. The class is taught by Instructor Abra Barnes & Joyce Horton. Handouts, a field trip and 1 lunch is Included in Pricing. You will not find a Post License Class in Birmingham that gets better than this!! This class will teach you about the REAL World of real estate. It is taught by 2 Experienced Agents that have over 40 years of real estate experience combined. Included in this class is topics on negotiating techniques, prospecting methods, networking, time management, finding your niche, a field trip, presentations from top performing agents and so much more!! You must have a temporary license number back from the Real Estate Commission to begin the Post class. If you attend the class and do not have a license number to put on your registration form, you will not be able to proceed with class until you have one and your class fee will not be refundable. You can only pay with credit/debit card online. No credit/debit card payments will be taken the day of class. Our classes are intimate and seating is limited. Thus the fee for this class is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, nor non-transferable, even in the event of COVID. Temperatures will be checked and masks are required.
